দুই ধরনের সুস্বাদু কেকের বিস্তারিত রেসিপি দেওয়া হল:


ভ্যানিলা স্পঞ্জ কেক

উপকরণ:


ময়দা: ১ কাপ

চিনি: ১ কাপ

বেকিং পাউডার: ১ চা চামচ

বেকিং সোডা: ১/২ চা চামচ

নুন: এক চিমটি

ডিম: ৩টি

ভ্যানিলা এক্সট্র্যাক্ট: ১ চা চামচ

দুধ: ১/২ কাপ

তেল: ১/৪ কাপ

প্রণালী:


ওভেন প্রিহিট: ওভেনকে ১৮০ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াসে প্রিহিট করে নিন।

ড্রাই ইনগ্রিডিয়েন্টস মিক্স: একটি বাটিতে ময়দা, চিনি, বেকিং পাউডার, বেকিং সোডা ও নুন একসাথে চালুন।

ডিম ও ভ্যানিলা: আরেকটি বাটিতে ডিম ও ভ্যানিলা একসাথে ফেটিয়ে নিন।

ভেজা ও শুকনো উপকরণ মিশ্রণ: ডিমের মিশ্রণে দুধ ও তেল দিয়ে ভালো করে ফেটিয়ে নিন। এরপর এটি শুকনো উপকরণের সাথে মিশিয়ে একটি স্মুথ ব্যাটার তৈরি করুন।

বেকিং: ব্যাটারকে একটি গ্রীজ করা ও ফ্লোয়ার করা বেকিং প্যানে ঢেলে ওভেনে ১৮-২০ মিনিট বেক করুন।

কুলিং: কেক ঠান্ডা হয়ে গেলে, ইচ্ছামত ফ্রস্টিং দিয়ে সাজিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।

ভ্যানিলা অরেঞ্জ লেমন কেক:-

উপকরণ:


ময়দা: ২ কাপ

চিনি: ১ ৩/৪ কাপ

বেকিং পাউডার: ২ চা চামচ

বেকিং সোডা: ১/২ চা চামচ

নুন: ১/৪ চা চামচ

ডিম: ৩টি

ভ্যানিলা এক্সট্র্যাক্ট: ১ চা চামচ

দুধ: ১ কাপ

তেল: ১/২ কাপ

অরেঞ্জ জুস: ১/২ কাপ

লেমন জুস: ১/৪ কাপ

অরেঞ্জ জেস্ট: ১ টেবিল চামচ

লেমন জেস্ট: ১ টেবিল চামচ

প্রণালী:


ওভেন প্রিহিট: ওভেনকে ১৮০ ডিগ্রি সেলসিয়াসে প্রিহিট করে নিন।

বেকিং: ব্যাটারকে একটি গ্রীজ করা ও ফ্লোয়ার করা বেকিং প্যানে ঢেলে ওভেনে ২৫-৩০ মিনিট বেক করুন।

কুলিং: কেক ঠান্ডা হয়ে গেলে, ইচ্ছামত ফ্রস্টিং দিয়ে সাজিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।

টিপস:


ফ্রস্টিং: কেককে আরো সুস্বাদু করার জন্য, ক্রিম চিজ ফ্রস্টিং বা বাটারক্রিম ফ্রস্টিং ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।

সাজানো: কেকের উপরে ফ্রুটস, চকোলেট চিপস বা নটস দিয়ে সাজিয়ে পরিবেশন করতে পারেন।

ভ্যারিয়েশন: কেকের স্বাদে পরিবর্তন আনতে চাইলে, আপনার পছন্দের অন্যান্য ফলের জুস ও জেস্ট ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
